2. Is there a cost associated with manual grading?

No, it is completely free for everyone. The only difference is that Premium users have access to more practice sets available for manual grading than Free users do.

3. How often can I submit for manual grading?

If you are a Premium user, you can submit multiple responses per day, provided they are not duplicates of the same submission. However, please be mindful, as we have limited resources and need to accommodate everyone, especially those with upcoming exams.

If you are a Free user, you must adhere to the rules outlined on the evaluation guidelines page. Failure to do so may result in your submission being voided.

4. I have not received my manual graded response. What do I do?

Please reach out to us immediately using the chat support on the site. Do not wait until several weeks to inquire about missing evaluations as it becomes your responsibility to reach out in a timely manner. Bear in mind that sometimes the response may end up in your spam folder, or your inbox could be full.

5. Can I submit for manual grading without mentioning a reason why?

Since we have limited resources and need to accommodate everyone, please be understanding and submit only the specific questions you truly want manually regraded. If you do not mention any reason, our team will have to void your submission and ask you to resubmit.
