10.1 Free Membership Account

If you register on CasperBooster.com or associated sites for a free trial, we will make one or more services available to you on a trial basis free of charge until CasperBooster revokes the membership. Additional trial terms and conditions may appear on the trial registration web page. Any such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are legally binding.

11. Refund Policy

Upon a reasonable request, CasperBooster.com will refund your account within 24 hours of your purchase date by emailing [email protected]. Refunds issued within 24 hours are completed at the discretion of CasperBooster.com, and requests are subjected to an analysis of the account activity and a 15% processing fee. Accordingly, if you elect to cancel your access to the Service after 24 hours, you will not receive a refund of the fees previously paid to CasperBooster.com.

CasperBooster.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. CasperBooster.com in its sole discretion has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the removal of your account or access to your account, including forfeiting all content in your account.

12. Higher Score Guarantee

We guarantee that you will receive a Casper quartile rank that is the same or above the average quartile rank received on all CasperBooster submissions. Please note that the average quartile rank will be calculated using all practice set submissions that met minimum standards for grading.

In order to qualify for the High Score Guarantee, you must have completed 100% of the resources available on Casper Booster, which includes all question banks and practice sets. If you receive a Casper quartile rank that is lower than the average quartile rank as defined above, you will have the option of extending your membership an additional 60 days or receiving a 50% refund of the initial purchase price minus applicable taxes. Official documentation with full name and Casper quartile rank must be provided in order to qualify for the guarantee.

13. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy. Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected. We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law. In accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, Booster Prep reserves the right to retain account information, including but not limited to registration emails, for a specified period of time. As a result, we cannot accommodate requests for account and/or account data deletion. Please be assured that all personal information is collected and handled lawfully and fairly, and, when necessary, with the informed consent of the individual. This practice aligns with our commitment to maintaining high privacy standards and ensuring the security of our students.

We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This data is collected to manage customer relationships and to further develop products and services according to our customers’ preferences. We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

14. No unlawful or prohibited use/Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use CasperBooster.com and associated Sites strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, overburden, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.

You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. CasperBooster.com content and user accounts are not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular, you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of CasperBooster.com and the copyright owner. 15. Data deletion instructions

Booster Prep does not store your personal data; it is used only for login. According to the Facebook Platform rules, we have to provide User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. If you want to delete your account data, please follow these instructions:

1. Go to Your Facebook Account’s Settings & Privacy. Click “Setting”.
2. Go to “Apps and Websites” and see all of your App activities.
3. Select the option box for CasperBooster
4. Click the “Remove” button.
